Training, Health and Social Care Courses
Caring Alliance supports care providers to meet their learning and development needs. All our training ensures that care workers have the necessary skills and qualifications to provide top-quality care. We provide a wide range of training options aligned with Skills for Care standards. Our training and courses are recognised by the CQC, Ofsted and local authorities.
Our training covers mandatory topics and is designed to meet regulatory requirements. This includes support with regulated qualifications and bespoke training. Our continuous professional development (CPD) courses are designed to keep care workers updated with the latest evidence-based practice.
Our delivery is flexible and takes account of the challenges of adult learning and working in the care sector. We understand that due to working shifts, it is not always possible to have care workers available at the same time, and we are here to accommodate that.
We are focused on creating an enjoyable learning experience that aligns with individual learning needs. Our training is delivered by an experienced team with qualifications beyond train-the-trainer. After all, we do deliver train the trainer training and formal teacher training qualifications. Learning should not be a chore or a tick box. Our training supports learning to be embedded as part of everyday practice.
We aim to drive standards and ensure all training embeds the ethos of promoting development based on learner-centred models. We understand the role training plays in skills development, quality assurance, addressing regulations, and positive outcomes.
With Caring Alliance, you can trust that our training options will help you or your team members meet regulatory standards while providing valuable knowledge and expertise in care. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or require further information about our training and courses.
